Assignment #8a - Arya Hodjat

Fall is my favorite season — and I don't think there's anywhere where it's more beautiful than the University of Maryland's campus. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
According to the University's campus tree inventory (yes, that's a real thing), this handsome guy is a maple tree. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
I'm amazed at how many colors are out there in nature during the fall — I didn't even edit this one that much. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
Even the ground is kinda pleasant to look at in the autumn. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)

For this picture, I tried something kinda different, standing under the tree and looking upwards. I think it turned out well (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
Even with all the dead leaves, there's still a lot of life out there in the fall! Here are some berries I spotted outside of Tawes Hall. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
According to the plant inventory, these are all figs — hardy figs, to be specific. (Arya Hodjat/JOUR370)
